The public tender is the formal process through which the granting authority will select the company with which it will enter into a concession management and exploration of Caio Deep Water Terminal.

The tender is conducted in full compliance with the Public Contracts Law and all supplementary legislation applicable to the sector, and is open to participation by both domestic and international companies.
