The public tender is the formal process through which the granting authority will select the company with which it will enter into a concession contract for the operation, management, and maintenance of the Namibe Corridor.

The tender is conducted in full compliance with the Public Contracts Law and all supplementary legislation applicable to the sector, and is open to participation by both domestic and international companies or corporate consortia. Interested parties may access the tender documents provided by the granting authority upon payment of the prescribed acquisition fee.
